Where is Marie?

Sorry to be MIA lately!

My Hubby and I are hosting our annual backyard party this Friday night and the planning, shopping and prep is taking up all my time. We're having 50 of our closest friends over for wine and finger food!
Thank goodness the sun gods are smiling on us this week but I'll definately need some stamp therapy afterwards - regardless of the weather!

My new Fall/Winter Stampin' Up! stuff is scheduled to arrive on Monday and I'll be playing all next week. Please check back in a few days to see what new stuff I come up with.
In the meantime I've got some cards that I made in the past (before I started blogging) to now share with you.
I know a lot of you are already getting into the Christmas spirit - getting a jump start on your Holiday class samples and/or cards for this Christmas season.
So I'll share with you some of my Fall and Holiday cards (most of the stamp sets are Stampin' Up! and some of them are retired).

Here are some Fall-ish cards. This first one is done stamping with Stazon on a paint chip sample.

A little emboss resist.

Embossing on vellum.

Bleach stamping with French Script on black cardstock. No wonder I had to replace my French Script background stamp!

Cased and tweaked this one from SCS.
I cased these next cards from the 2006-2007 Stampin' Up! Catalogue.
Here are some of the Holiday cards I did at my Christmas SAS (Stamp-A-Stack) class.
This one uses Crystal Effects on the red balls and yellow stars.

Experimenting with this solid image stamp!

The snowmen have glitter on them!

Silver embossed snowflakes and greeting!

Again crystal effects on the berries (looks like brads but it's not!).
A little bag topper filled with swiss chocolates from COSCO!

That's it for now! I hope this gives you some ideas while YOU have the time to stamp this week.
