A Wedding Card

While mucking around looking for something that I was sure I had placed somewhere (it wasn't there) I found a stash of handmade wrapping paper that I had been hoarding and I've been cutting it up to use in cards.

I used some when I made the fairy cards in this post (glittery pink stripes in the background) and now I have some Sahara Sand-ish flocked paper with a flourish (solid and outline) that I'm working on.

For this card I used a Sahara Sand cardstock base and some silver organdy ribbon.

I thought the gold medallion (left over from these cards) really added some pop and contrast.

I stamped the Happily Ever After (Fancy Flexible Phrases) in black on Very Vanilla but I'm not sure if I like it.

Maybe I should stamp the greeting on Sahara Sand too? What do you think?

Here's a close up - this paper is soooo yummy!

Thanks for popping in today!
