On Friday I was running errands (driving defensively!) and happened to be right by the local Michaels.
I had a few minutes so I popped in. All I can say is WOW!!!
The Michaels in my town, although only 2 years old, was never very good. I'd pop in occasionally but the pickings were always SLIM!
If I needed anything I'd rather drive over to the next town to the Walmart, to my LSS called ScrapArts, or the other Michaels (bout 20 minutes away) or I'd even drive almost 1 hour away where there are 2 other scrapbooking stores - Clipper Street and Remember Me.

That's how bad our local Michaels is.
BUT they are revamping the store and have moved everything around PLUS they have all new stuff that I've never seen before.
I know I'm such an enabler but this is what I got:

Now I just have to find the time to play with ALL of this STUFF that I've got.
Maybe if I gave up sleeping....
ETA: Today I was watching my nephew play in a hockey tournament in another city about 50 minutes away from where I live. This provided me with the perfect opportunity to check out 2 of their local scrapbooking stores - Clipper Street & Remember Me Scrapbooking.
I bought some Savannah Marina Drive paper by Scenic Route, the Fresh Bloom stamp by Stampendous and 3 (yes THREE!!!) Doodle Genies by Chatter Box (I got Whimsical, Breezy & Botanical).
I also bought the Tsukineko Essential Glue Pad (which didn't end up making it home with me), Making Memories Pewter attachments (HINGES!!!!), and the Basic Grey Precision File Kit (perfect for sanding the hard to reach places of your chipboard).
I love coming to your blog to see what you are up to. I don't usually post alot but i wanted to tonight to tell you YOU'VE BEEN TAGGED
