Sympathy Swap Card

I've just finished a Sympathy Card Swap - although I'm still waiting for a couple of envelopes before I swap out to everyone - but I wanted to show you one of my 2 card designs.
This card is mounted on a Kraft cardstock base, a layer of Soft Sky and then a layer of Vellum PAPER. I used Feathered Hope (a retired Stampin' Up! set) stamped in black (nest) and in Always Artichoke (leaves). The leaves are stamped on both the Soft Sky and the Vellum.
Yes I meant to twist the ribbon! I thought it looked kind of boring just flat so I used my rectangle punch and added some interest by threading and twisting the Kraft Organza ribbon (by Stampin' Up!).

I'll share the other cards and my other card design for this swap later in the week.

Enjoy!

I really like your color combo, the vellum overlay and the ribbon at the top!
