Colouring with my NEW COPICS

When I'm not unmounting stamps (LOL!) I'm playing with my NEW COPICS.

I'm sooo excited to have purchased a few colours but I'm also somewhat afraid to use them.

It does take a bit of getting used to and you really need to do research and get some advice on which colours to choose (if you can't afford to get a whole coordinated set at once).

I found this very helpful - it's a list of COPIC colours that match with Stampin' Up! colours.

Here are a few samples that I've done up with some stamps I bought from Old Island Stamp Company. I'm in a colouring mood lately and I'll be adding these to cards later.

This one below was an "oops".

I used too much blender pen with it and it made the elf's suit a bit furry!

I chose colours that I loved from Stampin' Up! for my COPICS but I quickly realized that I should have also picked up some other colours - like purples and oranges. Not my favourite colours but you do need them sometimes!
